What does my rental include?

Each rental includes delivery, set up and take down of a birth or birthday announcement yard sign with a personalized bundle/plaque/cloud for you to keep.

How far in advance should customers place their order? Also, how soon can you deliver?

We deliver within 24 hours call when the baby is born.

What information do I need when I call for the new baby birth announcement sign?

As soon as the baby is born, call us to reserve a stork lawn sign. We will need the correct spelling of the baby’s first and middle names, weight, length and date of birth. We also need you to provide us with the delivery address and phone number. We will also need to know if there is a gate code, security guard, or if there is a sprinkler system in the yard.What is your area of service? How do I pay for my stork or other new baby lawn sign or a birthday sign?

We accept all major credit cards. You may place your sign order by calling us at 732-251-6500.

Does someone need to be home when the sign is delivered?

No, there does not need to be anyone at the delivery address for the front yard signs to be delivered and set up. If you have special instructions on where to place the yard sign, please let us know.

Where can’t you install the lawn decoration signs?

We install lawn signs on traditional residential lawns only.  We cannot install signs in rocky areas, areas with pea gravel, concrete surfaces, mulched surfaces, flower beds, raised beds, flower pots, or hard-packed soil.  The stake has to go 10-inches into the ground to properly / safely install a sign. In areas described above, it is not possible to do so. Also, We cannot install the sign in front of public utility boxes, water mains, any building owned by the city, county or state. 

Do you offer signs for multiple births – twins, triplets? If yes, which ones? What’s the duration and
price?

Yes, we do offer signs for twins and triplets. Two Stork Signs are for $150 and three storks signs are for $175. Each stork comes with its own personalized bundle that is left behind for the family to keep at the end of the rental period. For more information on prices, please check here.

Do you offer siblings/message stars or pet signs? If yes, what is their cost?

Yes, we offer sibling stars and pet signs. They can be ordered when a stork is ordered. Each sign is for $25. Its personalized and yours to keep.

Do you offer signs for new Grandparents?

Yes, we offer storks for grandparents. The bundle can have a generic message – It’s a grandson/ granddaughter or personalized one. Either way, the price is the same. However, if a grandparent stork is ordered in addition to the stork for mom and dad, a discount of $25 is applied.

Do you offer signs for Baby Showers? If yes, which ones. Also, what’s the price and duration of rental?

We offer storks for Baby Showers and Gender Reveal for $75 for a 5-hour rental setup. It includes delivery setup and pickup.

Can the signs be personalized to announce adoptions?

Yes, we can personalize the bundle to announce an adoption.

Where do you leave the bundles/message stars at the end of the rental period?

At the end of the rental period, we pick up the storks but the personalized bundles, sibling stars, and dog signs are left behind at the door for the family to keep.

Can I mow my lawn while the stork yard sign is in my yard?

If you mow your yard during the rental period, please be careful around the sign. Please avoid trimming close to the base of the sign and using a blower around it, it will damage the sign. Please do not move the sign. Thank you for taking care of our signs during your rental so that others can enjoy them too!

Can I attach balloons to the yard sign?

No, balloons should not be tied to the sign, since they often pop in the hot sun. The latex then bakes onto the sign causing permanent damage.

What should happen if the sign is damaged?

Please call us immediately at (732) 251-6500 is a sign in damaged.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You will receive a full refund if any of the following apply:

  • You cancel your order at least 24-hours in advance
  • There are extreme weather and setting up your sign is not possible

You will not receive a refund if any of the following apply:

  • The delivery address is in a gated community and we can’t get in because we were not given a gate code or it doesn’t work
  • The security at a gated community doesn’t allow us to enter. Please let the security guards know before our arrival.
  • The recipient doesn’t allow us to install the sign or asks us to pick it up before the end of the rental period.
  • If a pet is threatening and doesn’t allow us to set it up on the property
  • If the location does not have a traditional grassy lawn. We cannot install signs in rocky areas, areas with pea gravel, concrete surfaces, mulched surfaces, flower beds, raised beds, flower pots, or hard-packed soil.  The stake has to go 10-inches into the ground to properly / safely install a sign. In the areas described above, it is not possible to do so. Also, We cannot install the sign in front of public utility boxes, water mains, any building owned by the city, county, or state.
